So, I'm sure you are familiar with the insanity that is blueberry poop. LO LOOOOOVES blueberries and it makes her poo black, chalky, and seedy. We have Charlie Banana pocket diapers and I usually just lay the microfiber insert on top of the cover. I usually wash one cycle on cold with powder detergent, one hot cycle with no soap, and then a hot dryer. This usually takes care of whatever marks are on the insert, at least well enough, but the blueberry is persistent. I wonder if anyone else has any blue poo stain fighting wisdom to share. Thanks!
For stains of all kinds (blueberry, blood, oils, etc.), I found Buncha Farmer's Stain Stick to work like a charm! After you clean the poop from the diaper, just use the stain stick like a prewash on the diaper, rinse out, toss the diaper in the diaper pail, then wash like usual. I've been able to get stains completely out with this stuff! Good luck!
