I'm desperate. While in the hospital after our new baby was born, our babysitter used Boudreaux's Butt Paste on several of my fuzzibunz and then washed them all together, so now they all repel. Covers and inserts. I've done several hot washes, with blue dawn, scrubbed with a brush with blue dawn, boiled them...I feel like I've true everything and they STILL have smears of paste on them and they STILL repel. Like crazy. Anybody have any ideas?

Oh my! No clue, it sounds like you have done everything that is usually suggested... have you tried vinegar? That would be my only suggestion!

Hopefully someone else will be able to chime in with some more info!

Try sanitize cycle in the dishwasher, or maybe the orange scrub mechanics use. What a bummer!

Maybe the detergent needs more time to work?  Have you tried leaving them soaking in hot water with some form of detergent over night?
