It seems like there are all kinds of great dipes, some pretty hyena IMO, that are just sitting there. and have been for a while. I spy with my little eye, a few pinheads, a PWP, a couple of kiwi pies, and a little lonley firefly. It bites for the mama's who are trying to sell, and for me too b/c I'm going to be able to sell in abt a wk!!! Guess I might try my hand at Ebay

I've noticed a lot of Mediums flying off the board too - at least all the mediums I've been interested in :
I had a similiar experience though - I had some pretty popular fitteds, almost brand new and went elsewhere to sell. I had tons of views but no bites and my prices were very fair.

Sometimes I see a diaper in the TP I like pass because I'd rather buy more than one at a time. Maybe others are the same way?

Or...maybe people just aren't updating *sold* when they're post falls off the first page??

it bites...I'm trying to sell right now too. Just when I decide to simplify--to go on the wagon too! I have a lot on ebay right now.

I think right now is just a tough time for people financially... I have bought LOTS off the tp over the last few months, but right now- new baby have to hang on to those extra bucks...

I second the thing about buying in "lots" though. It really saves me on the shipping, and it always seems like people want to sell individually or just 3-4 really quality items.

I have been TRYING to keep myself regined (sp?) in as far as spending is concerned. My DH just got me a lovely new (expensive) stroller for mother's day and I have promised myself that I would forgo any diaper buying this month, but you know how that goes...

I am still looking for a nighttime solution so DS doesn't have to wear a disposable at night... so that could be my undoing if I see a sleeptight fuzbaby on TP.

I noticed that too. I had some things I thought would be sold quickly and they just sit there. My prices are high though because I wasn't thinking when I bought them too high.

I keep on changing the thread title! I've changed it so many times I can't keep up! I haven't thought about selling the three AIO's as a lot. Do you really think that they would sell that way, even if they're three different types of AIO's?

Oh yeah, I always make more on eBay but it's such a PITA. I'm not buying right now, that's probably accounting for some of the TP slowness, lol.

Yes Ebay is a PITA because if you want quick money, it doesn't work that well, :LOL. You have to wait until the auction closes.

I'll be selling all of my dipes on Ebay (months and months from now). There's more of an audience and (IMO) a better return.
Not a PITA if you don't mind waiting the days that your auction is posted (and it's kind of addicting to watch the bids go up and up...).

I've noticed that everywhere! Inflation is taking it's toll on everyone so not very many people are buying too much anymore. That's my guess. I've had a lot of stuff on the TP lately and not very many buyers.

I give my listings on the TP (and DiaperPin) 3 days tops and then they go to the auction block. I've found that "ppd" is an incentive for buyers. I usually don't buy if shipping isn't included on the TP unless it's something I absolutely cannot live without.

What I like about ebaying is that if you score something on the TP that was just an obscene deal and would like to sell it but not for such a low price if it's worth more, ebay is great. I would feel weird about buying something off the TP for say, $5 and then turning around and selling it for $10 or $15 but if it's worth that, then you'll get it on ebay and it's out of your hands how much it'll go for, kwim?
