OK, some are cute but some just scare me. Am I the only one?

ETA I love this one.

YES! They're like those scary clowns in horror pictures.

The first one seems to be a dinosaur, and the second is a dragon. I'd much prefer a dragon embellishment (you know 3-D).

No kidding! My son has a book like that. Really weird looking animals that are almost scarey in their mutantness. And who says a lack of artistic-ness can't hurt? :LOL

YES! Some of hers are downright bizarre!

Lemme tell ya, though, I've been to China, and the deer don't look like THAT there, so this is *not* a cultural thing. In fact, I don't think we saw any deer there.... maybe *that's* why?

This is the one I have for Libby (in red background, not blue):
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=4308073511

I think that's pretty obvious and cute

I DO like that puppy-for sure! I just emailed her about some custom orders since everyone has raved about the softness of the wool and I do like some of her soakers that are pictured there very much (especially the ones with leg cuffs and/or stripes). I also like the whale, the fish, the airplane.... but some of them are like nightmare creatures.

I wonder if the freaky dino and the happy deer are big sellers. I can't imagine them doing too well, but I keep seeing them on ebay so is someone buying? I think they would scare a baby.

My DD *loves* fish, but I just can't bring myself to like this one. The coloring is kinda "off" to me.

The fish one is ok but I like the whale and the fox the best out of all the characters.

:LOL I was thinking the same thing the other day, Angelica!

I may have to get one or two for my boys some day. Seems to be the only cute soakers anywhere close to the budget around here. And if they are as good as everyone says.... should be worth it.

Try one with stripes or just the simple designs with contrasting color accents and leg cuffs like RB wooly pullies.

We *had* the whatle-y one with a pink background until it mysteriously found it's way into the washing machine :
Some of the animals are verrrrry bizarre! Reminds me of my older kids Pokemon stuff, but on a generic sort of "not-really-Pokemon" level.
The wool was very soft and wasn't at all scratchy.
I got an email from Karen and she said they DO take custom orders!!

Is the owner of asian decent? Most of them really do remind me of the Pokemon style cartoon. She has started to do some really cute ones without pictures. They are adorable! I am thinking of trying one.

I like this one, but it's not girly enough for us...if I had a boy...I'd be all over it.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=4307121953

What is the story on these? Does just one person make them or many people. THere's so many, and they are so inexpensive...what's the deal?
