I just made a very cute wool cover for dd and although I soaked it for quite some time in eucalan I have a good feeling that it won't be enough. I don't want to have to wait for shipping by ordering online so do you have any ideas where I could buy it locally?

I got mine at our local WalMart. Look in the baby section where they keep the breastpumps, etc. If they don't have it there, go to the pharmacy and ask for it. If they don't have it instock they should be able to order it for you.

At the pharmacy ask for lanolin hydrous, it is the same as Lansoih, but you don't have to pay for the packaging and advertising. I got mine for less than $2.

Our Whole Foods has the liquid lanolin for pretty cheap...
As mentioned above, Wal-Mart carries the lansinoh, which is what I bought and use-I think it was about $8-9.

I was wondering if it was the same as Lanisoh but wasn't sure. We have a Whole Foods real close so I think I will swing by there today. Thanks!

I forgot to ask, what is the ratio of lanolin to water?
