OMG!!! I think I screwed up! I made 2 pull on wool covers...went to walmart and got a huge tub of medical grade lanolin from the pharmacy!! I put like 2 tablespoons in about a cup of water and melted it. Then I soaked the covers in it for a few minutes swooshing and squeezing. Then I ran them through the spin cycle on my washer. They have been drying for a while and they still feel wet and very gooey!! It comes off on your hands even!!! How do I rectify this situation??? Someone with lanolizing experience pleas email me!!!
Thanks,
Scottie

Throw the covers in the gentle cycle of the washer with some baby shampoo.
