If anything new comes of this, I'll let you all know.

The logic just isn't happening here. (It is student housing and I'm pretty sure there are far worse things in a lot of the clothes than some breasfed baby poo/pee).

On the other front: The health dept. makes routine inspections of the complex and they finally gave an official notice to our neighbor and the management this morning. Gross diapers are gone. (Probably straight in the dumpster as is, but they aren't out for the racoons and toddlers to play in.)
