Is it safe to put cloth wipes in a wiper warmer? If so, how much liquid/ wipe solution should you add (to avoid burns from hot water, if that can happen)? I just started using cloth wipes and they seem so cold... but them if I heat them, dd will only like warm wipes and will probably cry when they're cold (while traveling), right?

I've just heard of stories where the toss away wipes can get dry and scorch marks.

What I did was, I put a nice warm water / essential oil solution in the wipe warmer, which kept it warm, and I cleaned it out regularly.

Then you just dip a wipe in there to get a little water and you're good to go.

The wipes were kept nearby in a stack.

I found that a lot easier to deal with. I didn't really have problems while we were out, but my DS never liked to poop when we were away from home, so maybe that's why.
