I just tried to nurse dd2 to sleep (twice) and she woke up every time I tried to roll away.  I peed her, nursed her another minute and crept away easily.  I LOVE EC!

Congrats!!...EC babies don't like to sleep when they need to pee.

Sometimes I forget that not everyone EC their babies and I found myself saying, Are you try to offer the potty?, when the mothers complain that their babies wakes up many times through the night. Then they look at me like I have a 3er eye..LOL

Good for you an your little one.

I totally agree! My ECed baby started staying dry all night so young and I think its largely thanks to doing EC. I am sure it helps her to sleep better (though, honestly she was always a pretty good sleeper). Definitely helps ME sleep better knowing she's comfortable and dry even in the wee hours of the morning.

Agreed. One night I was too tired and wanted a break from getting up at night so I put a diaper on him. He whimpered and wiggled around until I got up and took it off him, then he went back to sleep.
