I ordered a bblp from The EC Store. I got the order confirmation, they charged my credit card, but then I've heard nothing since about it shipping, and that was almost 2 weeks ago. I have tried emailing them twice and gotten no response, and there's no phone number on their website. I noticed a lot of their items are no longer available on the website--anyone know if they are still in business??? I'd really like to know if my potty is on the way or to get a refund if not, and the lack of communication is frustrating...

I got an email newsletter from her tonight, she said that family obligations kept her very busy over the last 18 months but she is now getting back to the store and has restocked a number of items and has some new ones.
