Hi everyone - firstly sorry if this does not belong here, but I couldn't find another spot for it to go.

So before my baby was born I was interested in EC, but with loads of breastfeeding challenges and just being overwhelmed by the demands of new motherhood, I had no more mental headspace for anything else.  So we went the conventional route and used diapers.

Now DS is 20 months and I have no idea how to approach potty training.

I'd love to hear any advice from an EC-er's perspective on how I could approach potty use with my son.

He always comes into the bathroom with me when I go, and will say "poo poo" or "pee pee" when I go.  Then he will happily flush the toilet after I use it.

I've decided not to read any books for "experts" because I read books written by "experts" for sleeping and feeding matters, and my son turned out to be resistant to them all and did not fit the mould of what these "experts" had to say.

Thanks in advance for your tips.
