I'm a too fuzzy thinking to spell it all out. But i want to know how people deal with crying associated with peeing/pooping. My baby never cried with diaper changing too much , maybe from hunger when I'm getting to know her, 7wks old. Then we had "trauma" we're still dealing with, yeast &I've heard it stings so went thru different stages of trying to prevent poo on the rash thinking shes in pain. Now though shes been pooping when i take off the diaper but crying. I don't know what to do at that moment because if i keep her on changing pad shes crying but if i put on diaper i.knkw she'll need another change or sometimes i think she stops going when i put the diaper on as if she was feeling pressured &crying? We tried sounds when we saw her pee, on the changing pad too &it seems like she'll pee at tge same time while being changed, more often while not crying but might start again if i take too long getting on diaper or when she feels the diaper salve/wipes. I feel we've gotten in a crying pattern &it's sad . Did i try the sounds too early? Or wrong time? Or shes doing it in the spot where i said it &feels "she has to do it"? Or did the painful.bum traumatize her a little? So many changes.

How much crying happens with people trying EC? I would personally hope less than diaper changes? If i tried holding her upright &she crys i feel bad like shes not comfortable. As soon as her diaper goes back on shes calmer&wants to nurse everytime.
