Baby is "trained" for pees, but not poops - help?

So I've got a 11 month old. We've been doing a reasonably committed version of EC for about a month now. No pants at home and holding her over the potty every hour or so (she does not give any signals for pee). She's getting it for pee - by now, we can put underpants on her and she can keep them dry, as long as we take her to the potty at regular intervals. But for some reason, something is not connecting for poop. She poops fast, so even though she does make a "poop face" sometimes, we can never catch it early enough. And the time of her pooping is very unpredictable so we can't just put her on the potty and wait. Usually, she poops on her highchair during meals, but it's never predictable which meal.

Halp?

Have you already tried taking her to potty before each meal? Maybe you can also include after each meal. If you can catch just one, she'll finally experience a caught poop.

Another thing to remember with EC, is that it's not always about catching. Even after she goes on the high chair, you can take her to the potty and lead her through the motions as if she needed to go. Talk with her about putting the poop in the potty even if she's doing it at the high chair. Make sure you stop feeding her to take her to the potty once you realize she's going.

Also incorporate your word or sound for poop so that every time she poops, she hears that sound. That may help her identify the time she feels like pooping with what she's supposed to do (go to the potty).
Even though her poops are erratic, try to build a routine in how you respond to her when she either needs to poop, is pooping or has pooped already.
