We are not ec, but we try to spend lots of time diaper free and have for most of her life...
I've enouraged potty awareness and been conscious not to instill shame in my kids about their bodies.
Is this normal for diaper free babies? ds has rarely "played" with himself.
dd is doing it maybe 50% of the time, probably more!
This feels like a bad question, but is there some way this could get out of hand?

I have had to practice not feeling yucky about it and I have had to force myself to stop commenting... except maybe sometimes I say "oh look you are playing with your pee pee maker"
I've just really not wanted to give him any shame bagage... and there is nothing wrong with enjoying himself as he was made.... However everyone where underpants - so he does too. I let him touch himself and very gently just move his hands aside and slip on the underpants after a few moments.
It is kinda funny to see him do all that so inocently - it kinda gets me thinking about how stuffy grown up life really is.
