When you prepare meals for a family, do you prepare them at your home and then deliver or do all the cooking and clean up at their home?

Also, do they pay and shop for the ingrediants or do you and just figure that into your fee?

I prepare the meals at their home, and clean up. They are respond. for paying for the food. I charge the same hourly rate regardless of what I am doing.
