Five hours after my 3rd birth I had a cervical/uterine prolapse. The Ob at the ER (we transported) acted like it was no big deal and pushed it back up.

I've noticed since then that in an upright position my cervix is lower than it used to be. Bd isn't a problem b/c I'm usually laying down. This week I tried the DivaCup and can't use it b/c my cervix pushed it out.

Does anyone have info about this and pregnancy? Would this have any effect on a pregnancy (i.e. the weight of the baby on my cervix)? What about during the pushing stage? Are my chances for another prolapse during or after delivery high? Would it rule out another home birth?

Thanks so much. This has really been bothering me this week so I appreciate any answers.
