Went to the gym for the first time in over a week.  shake.gif  Got about 20 minutes of running and 20 walking, then I was wiped.  Granted, I also had a nasty tension headache and only 5 hours of sleep.

Here I am with Ella, the new dog.  We've had her for about a month.  She came from the humane society and came with a lot of issues, but is such a sweetheart and awesome hiking buddy.  Here's a picture of where we hiked today.  We did 3 hrs of uphill hiking (we started wayyyyyyyyyyy at the bottom).  I'll take that any day instead of a treadmill!  :)

Just got back from vacation and gained some weight. I'll try to start an exercise program soon. In the mean time, I'll just enjoy the weather with outdoorsy activities.

I'm running (finally it took so long for me to get it arranged) around our work/school/life schedule. Some weeks it a real challenge to get my runs in and in other weeks I have to restrain myself from running too many days. I have a close friend I hope will join me soon making it that much more fun. The ton of extra weight I carry on my body is falling off at a crazy pace and I love running so much more then I thought I would. thumbsup.gif

I ate camping food for three days and only ran a mile once.

Ran about 3 miles, low (too low) cal day

Wednesday

Ran 3 miles with hills, super low cal day-- this is not intentional (or good), my stomach is a mess right now for emotional reasons. 

Thursday

no workout, very very low cal day

Friday

Ran 2.5 miles, could hardly eat today so ridiculously low calorie day

Saturday

Ran about a mile, wanted to give my body a break since I am not eating well, very low calorie day

Sunday

no workout, normal low cal day-- getting back to normal, lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks with the craziness, which is great, but my focus is really on health so my goal is to eat regularly and well this week

Monday

no workout, but I ate well today, yay!-- low calorie day

Tuesday

yardwork workout, low calorie day

Wednesday

no workout,  moderate calorie day

Thursday

no workout (sick), low calorie day

Friday

no workout (sick), low calorie day

Saturday

no workout, very low calorie day-- broke into a new decade on the scale, yay!  That's 50 lbs down in 15 months!

Sunday

no workout, low calorie day

Monday

2.5 mi run with hills, low calorie day

Tuesday

3 mi run, mod calorie day

Wednesday

no workout, low calorie day

no workout, low calorie day

no workout, moderate calorie day
