My future wife and I have been together six months. She is around my kids pretty much every second they are awake and she is pretty involved, esp with my oldest, who she has mentioned adopting some time in the future (I am her only parent). I am wondering if I should get her a little something for mother's day and what seems like a reasonable thing to get her or do for her. Thanks

I like the silver name jewelry that people sell on etsy, depending on her style. Our first mother's day I got my wife a necklace that has our daughter's name on a pendant, with a tree. They have lots of options, and it might be nice for her to have a little thing with the kids' initials, if you don't think that would seem too intense to her (for the record, I don't think so, but I'm a fast-mover in relationships, so I'm not easily spooked by sentimental gestures).

Maybe a leather cuff with a metal insert? This kind of thing: https://www.etsy.com/listing/176781552/personalized-leather-cuff-initials-love?ref=sr_gallery_4&ga_search_query=leather+cuff+initial&ga_ship_to=US&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery
