i read somewhere a kind of diet...lots of vitamin c and more htings...but i can´t find it nor remeber where i saw it. can anyone help?

my 29mo has never been vaxed but i just moved to mexico and her homeopath (not into vaxes really) has suggested we vax him against a couple of things before he goes into daycaer (another thing i never thought of doing either!).

The diet is generally geared to the vaccine: Live viruses---Lots of EFA in the form of pure cod liver oil; vitamin A; vitamin C and probiotics. You are trying to protect the gut and immune system. Killed virus vaccines need supplements consisting of magnesium; B complex; anti-oxidants; EFA and anything that will help the nervous system and counteract the aluminum. Avoid sugar and food dyes, as these tend to tax the immune system and/or create inflammation.

and where can i find the quantities for the supplements for a 2.5yo?

I don't know where I read it. It was in one of the vax books, or Amy Yasko's website. But if you can't find the exact amounts, just talk to someone in the health food store. You can just buy regular children's supplements and double up on vitamins C, B and EPA for a few days. Don't double up on magnesium, iron or vitamin A, though. Just be sure she's getting 100%. You can make smoothies with extra stuff, as well.
