I don't know where I read it. It was in one of the vax books, or Amy Yasko's website. But if you can't find the exact amounts, just talk to someone in the health food store. You can just buy regular children's supplements and double up on vitamins C, B and EPA for a few days. Don't double up on magnesium, iron or vitamin A, though. Just be sure she's getting 100%. You can make smoothies with extra stuff, as well.
