I am a can't-live-without-my-ergo kinda gal and I have been babywearing to work and back on public transportation since my little one was still little. A couple of weeks ago I injured by back in a motor-vehicle accident and now I don't know what to do! My whole spine feels compacted and when I wear my 20lb, 16 month-er my spine hurts and then starts to burn... What do I do ladies?!
I have no experience with "chest carriers" or anything like that, but would that help?
Should I try out my woven wrap again?
