I have a 20 month old, and she loves to be worn on my back, but the part of her chubby thighs that sit on the seat get angry welts on them because her legs dangle. It bothers her and she signs and says owie after I take her out. Anyone experience this? Anything I can do to fix this? Is there a better carrier out there that won't have this problem. I was needing the carrier for next month when we go to Disney World.

We had this happen with DS.  But he was old enough that we just transitioned out of using a carrier to having him walk or ride on our shoulders so  I don't have any suggestions for replacements.  Although, maybe you could try a frame backpack?

I wouldn't go for a frame backpack.  How about a BabyHawk OhSnap?  The ergo is 14" wide, while the OhSnap is 16.5" wide, which should support your DD better.

The Boba has a place for a toddler feet to sit which would relieve the pressure off of her thighs.
