DH loves his hip hammock I bought him- but wants something similar for his back to more evenly distribute the weight. He likes that it is all set to him and all he has to do is pop the baby in- no tying or adjusting. Are there any back carriers that "buckle" like the hip hammock?

The Ergo would fit this bill. The straps are adjustable, but if you set them up to the right spot for you and no one else is using it then there's no need to adjust every time. And even if you needed to adjust, it's just like pulling the straps on a backpack.
