How does it NOT cause mastitis? Having those straps compress the breast? Has anyone gotten sore from it. I'm still waiting for my Kozy, but that carry looks great I was just wondering!

Yeah, I kinda wondered the same thing. I think you could maybe do a high carry similar to the Tibetan carry with a wrap by bringing the bottom straps up and over the shoulder rucksack style instead of tying at the waist. I haven't tried it, though. I prefer some of the weight distributed to my waist and hips.
