This might be a dumb question. I know that the baby can be facing out in the front with the Kozy, but the only pic I saw the baby had the legs in. Can it be worn with the legs out too?

Yes. I tried it w/ DD yesterday because her legs are getting longer, it worked well enough but she wasn't so sure she liked it. I sure don't mind if she prefers facing in, it's WAAY easier on the shoulders!
