So, i just got my sling-the cotton stretch spring fling floral

I really liked the solstice but I am more for color than black/white.

It is sooooooo purty.*swoon*

It is just as great as my stretch pouches with all the versitality and beauty of a ring sling!
I unfortunately can't seem to take a good pic of me in it by myself though:LOL

Due with number 5 in August. We do all that crunchy stuff.

I love that Solstice print too-I just wish the tail was reversible black instead of the white...it'll get so dirty I think. Esp since my DD likes to hang on to my sling tail if I don't have a hand free
But I'm excited that I get to borrow a Zolo for a week from a great mama who's loaning me one to try!! If I love it I think I'm getting a solid cotton one.
Can't wait!

Ooh! That Spring Flings looks great, but I can never bring myself to put DS in a "too girly" carrier. I'm liking that Solstice, too.

How do you like the wrong side of the fabric on the tail? I'm with Ann on how I would be worried about dirt showing so easily on the white. Oh, but it is so gorgeous that it might be worth it. Hopefully, it washes well.

I used to have a regular cotton Zolo. I wonder how different the stretch cotton feels. I do love my stretch cotton pouches.

Post a picture if you get someone to snap the picture for you. I'd love to see it.

I have been sitting on my hands trying to restrain myself from getting that one! It is so cute! I am also wondering if the stretch cotton feels much different.

I noticed Zolo changed their slings to have the white tail, with patterned pocket and the pattern on the whole sling. They used to have it reversed with all the patterned ones, so I think that is an improvement and that the tail is less likely to get dirty than the rest of the carrier. Plus no more "wrong side" showing through on the body of the sling. I love the look!

Oh I'm feeling the fever too! :LOL
I got a cotton one to try today and I love it! I've only tried 3 other ring slings and never "loved" them like my pouches but this shoulder style is great for me! More like the pouch since it has less fabric.
Now which color...

Uh-oh. I am soooo tempted by that. My birthday is in May so I was thinking about sending the link to dh, but I'm afraid he would totally choke at the price......I love the Wise Woman unpadded that I tried, but something about that spring fling Zolo just keeps calling me....

Oh my gosh! I got my Spring Fling today and it's gorgeous. You mean I got one of the LAST ONES? I wonder if they are just restocking and will have more sizes in a few days.

They aren't re-stocking it. Isn't that a bummer?? But I got one and that's all that matters - LOL.

But I know that they are going to be making more print slings. And Darien has EXCELLENT taste in fabric.

It looks like Zolo is all sold out of the Spring Fling. Thank goodness! I was debating on whether to get it, but it just looked to "girly" for my boy. It looks like my decision was made for me.

Kristen, thanks for the tip that Darien is going to be coming out with more prints. I hope she comes out with one that is "springy", but more gender neutral.

I love that Solstice one too but am not crazy about the white tail.

I do not need another sling.

I got the spring fling and it is beautiful!!! It is girly but I figure my DS doesn't care. He just loves to snuggle in it.

I kind of think of slings as my accessories. So I'll wear a floral print with my boys. Now of course, I wouldn't expect DH to wear it though. :LOL

Because I looked at it and resisted for a while, but finally broke down and got it! Then later, I thought, what if people think my boy is a girl now? Then I thought, heck with it! People already thought he was a girl, and he was/is always wearing blue! Now that I have it, I don't care what they think! I just love it!! Even when it clashes with my clothes!LOL
:LOL
