I have a pouch sling and I don't know if it's just the position but my son hates to be in it : ! He is about 10 lbs and he is 5 weeks old....I have pretty much been trying to put him in the sling lying down but he does not like it at all and doesn't sleep well that way, so I end up having to take him out and hold him while he sleeps . I also have tried sitting him in it chest to chest with me but then I have to keep one hand on him the whole time since he doesn't have very good head control, and I can't get anything done..... I have a wrap on it's way to me from Australia, but in the meantime, does anyone have any suggestions on how to get ds to tolerate the pouch??? Is there any place online that lists different positions for a pouch? It is a peanut shell micro-fleece sling, and their website only shows a few carries, and they are all for older babies except the cradle??? Please help me....
