and I *thought* it was a scarf being used as a sling, glad to know I'm not crazy, lol. He strikes me as the type of guy who would use a sling, I'm surprised she's not been pictured in a better sling than the hip-pouch thing she's been wearing... I just picture her using something funkier, like a MT...

I think it's kind of cool. Shows how versatile babywearing can be. Stroller unavailable? Regular sling stowed in your checked luggage? Arms tired? Just use anything!

It's very mamatoto.org of him.

(can't believe i'm being positive about BP)

everytime I see a pic of one of them luggin around that kid I think they need a sling.....so easy! They even come in black!

but, whatever works, at least he's got the right idea and she's not in a stroller

I find that do-it-yourself with whatever materials you have handy type of babywearing to lend a kind of macho mystique to it all. I'm thinking a Didymos because I like the funky stripe prints. Angelina can get her own sling.

Very cute picture. Angelina should have let him wear the brown terry cloth looking one she has. I saw her wearing it in one picture. Been looking for it ever since.

that's cool! necessity is the motherhood of invention......

definitely something more comfortable though. that looks like it would be a real drag on the neck!

he needs a little pouch sling that he can tuck into a bag or something. those are so convenient for impromptu wearing.

I think it is a scarf and that it is very cool he improvised.

If he liked wearing the baby like that, he should get a short length wrap or original Rebozo

And to think they have the money to buy a hotsling, mei tai, or ergo in every color! I'd have a hotsling for every day of the week!

Oh come on now mamas!!!!
At least he is making the effort to sling that baby in anyway he can. I am sure when he went out, last thing on his list was ... 'make sure I get the sling!'

Glad to see him making the difference.. show me other celeb men slinging a baby.. regardless of what type of sling!!!
