Unfortunately, unless she had express permission from the sender, that would be against MDC's copyright policy. Maybe she could paraphrase?

It was a snail mail letter.

 

It made it sound as though their policy IS to ask mothers to cover up, though they didn't say that explicitly. It was something like - they encourage breastfeeding but that it sound be done discreetly and that the FA was doing the right thing but went about it badly.
