131. I can't believe I'm that crunchy. It's kinda funny, since I was a strict scientist before I became a mother. Although, I've always questioned everything and was never afraid to go against the grain to do things how I felt they should be done. My kids are better off for it.

Mama of 10yo dd, 7 yo ds, and 22 month old ds. No VAX, Anti-Circ, Lactivist, EC, UCB x 2.

I was curious if my username was accurate. It is.

I'm 'sprinkled with granola', which seems like it's 'a little bit crunchy' to me.

You're not alone, I'm only sprinkled with granola, too. But then again, most of this has to do solely with parenting practices, not much at all dealing with the other aspects of crunchiness.

121.

That is crunchier than I thought - I thought I was a little mainstream for here.

I think the homebirth and perhaps the nursing questions should be based on intent, rather than reality. Lots of woman plan for a homebirth but have to transfer to hospital for one reason or another. Does not make them less crunchie! (with my second child I transferred due to pre-eclampsia; my 3rd child was a homebirth)

I got a 132.

Some of those were "hypothetical" though, particularly the CLW one because I failed at BFing DS for a variety of reasons. Also had a c/s because I more or less pushed into it...

I had to figure out how to assign points on some of the questions, since some of my choices didn't really fit the answers given. (For instance, I increased my cloth diaper usage with each child, but had a diaper service for only a few weeks.)

My total was 68. I'm right in the middle, so it's no wonder that I felt I never fit in anywhere!
