I went for a walk today with the boys in the double stroller and I had a hard time with all the hills. I was out of breath, ill feeling, dizzy, ugh. I used to have no trouble with that same walk, but this winter I have really been lazy with exercise. I have a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old (who is usually in the ergo), I am 5'4", about 112 lbs.
What can I do in my home to pump up my cardio stamina? I am thinking maybe run up and down the stairs?
