4/26 Pulled weeds and raked most of the day but I think gardening is lame to put as exercise so I'll say 60 minutes.

4/28 75 minute walk with dog up and around big hill
429 40 minutes "Crunch Super Slim Down" (with dh) 10 minutes cardio, 20 minutes sexercise (with dh!)

So today is the final day of the challenge! I'm so excited to push myself even harder next month! This has been so motivational for me, and I'm really happy to have gone on this journey with you all!

4/1 - 60 minute cardio sculpt
4/3 - 60 minute run and stretch. 9 minute mile
4/6 - 40 minutes running
4/7 - 60 minute kickbox
4/8 - 150 total minutes - 60 minute interval sculpt and 90 minutes moving dirt with a shovel
4/9 - 100 minute slow run
4/10 - 45 minutes gardening digging moving dirt
4/11 - 50 minute sculpt class
4/13 - 60 minutes running, jumping hurdles, stairs
4/14 - 100 minutes total. 60 minutes kickbox, 40 minutes shoveling dirt
4/15 - 70 minutes running 8 minute mile
4/16 - 35 minutes weights, 45 minutes tilling, 45 planting. Only counting 35 weights and 45 tilling
4/18 - 60 minutes including stretching. I ran a 10k today! In 53:03 - not too bad for my first race, plus I'm old!
