Very interesting. I've always been a night owl, as was all of my family growing up. I tried for months to wake up early and work out, but it was really hard and I felt drained rather than energized the rest of the day. I go to the gym in the afternoon/evening for classes, and I truly enjoy my time and feel energized. When I tried the 6am classes I was yawning through the whole thing and I was so tired afterwards.
