I honestly would prefer to not miss workouts too. Perhaps the raw food week would work better for me.
IMHO this would be a WAY healthier approach!!
In case anyone else does this, I have some awesome salad dressing recipes that are raw and delicious!
Fresh pineapple (canned works in a pinch)
squeeze of lime or lemon
dash of cayenne
salt and pepper to taste
Blend everything together, drizzling the oil in until it reaches desired consistancy.
Ambrosia dressing (This tastes so much like that marshmallow salad)
shredded unsweetened coconut
a little bit of virgin coconut oil (optional)
Blend together. Mmmmmm... so good.
Most of my salads have fruit and nuts in them (maybe I am weird) but I find them so refreshing and satisfying that I do not even crave dessert.
