I would SO love to do a dingo relay, but I doubt if I could this year.

I still have the plague. I'm worried it might actually be strep throat, so I made a doctors appointment for later today. I couldn't sleep last night, it hurt so bad. I ended up taking some vicodin just to get some sleep, after advil and tylenol pm didn't work at all.

So, no running AGAIN today, looks like. Today is supposed to be my helping day at DS's school, too, but luckily XH is in town and said he could do it. This just blows.

That bridge would be cool, but I think the dingo who comes the farthest gets to have first pick at the legs. Memiles, you and I could run that any old time.

Oh, I'm going to be one of the ones arm wrestling for one of the wussy legs unless things change with my own leg pretty quickly.

The good news is that I printed the training schedule and it would be a month before I'd really need to do anything.

Do you think it would be a bit nutty to fly all the way from Maine? I would be even more inclined if I got to run the bridge

If you fly in from Maine, I think your chances of getting to run the bridge are pretty high. And we'd never call you nutty!

I want to fly from Massachusetts to do it. It just looks so fun! But probably unlikely.

Yep, that was the bridge. She was training while we were training for San Fran.

1 hour elliptical this AM because the TMs were all full.

P.S. It's March.

It's not nutty! I'm considering flying from Maryland.

well, i would definitely be in - i am pretty sure i can find some cheap flights to seattle.

memiles/plady - the key is to wrangle 3 volunteers. these would be people who lurve you enough to potentially be standing out in the middle of nowhere at 2am handing people water with no guarantee of seeing you. i've volunteered for a co-worker's hood-to-coast team and it was fun, but you have to be flexible and willing to roll with it! there is a opt-out of the vol. requirement for a fee, not sure how much.

i could do some t-shirts for us!

oh and here is a review from racevine on the ragnar held in WI last year:

ing along here about the relay. Wouldn't a Dingo relay be sweet?!

It's March!!!

I need to get another SS package out. Working on it... too bad I ate the chocolates for it last night. Bad night trying to get dd down, and I binged. Didn't that happen to someone last year with chocolates?

Today I am having a friend's family over for dinner (they travel the country in their RV and we've only talked via the interwebs so far) and she's coming to put dreads back in my hair. Am I nuts? Possibly. Hoping it works for me this time.

Have been out for some walks, but no running. I'm really trying to put weight back on - even DH says I'm too thin. Trying to balance eating enough, staying healthy, and feeling good and for some reason that is hard for me. It's one of those "I read too many books" things.

Jen - Mama to V (b. 2-18-09) and AJ (b. 10-9-11) Wife to DH
