I'd love some recommendations for workout videos. Anything but the 30 Day Shred since I've already done that. I need something that is less than 30 minutes, with minimal equipment. I'd like to try some Pilates, but I'm open to other ideas. Thanks!

There are a lot of the ten minute solutions tapes: kickboxing, weights, pilates, yoga etc. They have every type of exercise available it seems. They work great because they are in ten minute sections but there are more than one on the dvd, maybe four or five, i can't remember. But, you can do as many or as few as you like. I have the kickboxing and pilates ones and i really like them.

Burn and Firm Pilates with Ellen Barrett is good. It's 30 min and can be streamlined thru netflix. Also with Ellen Barrett is choose your level pilates, they are both good pilates work outs.
So my DH showed me last night that there is an exercise On Demand channel! Tons of stuff on there. I'm going to start checking them out!

Denise Austin's 3 Week Bootcamp. Was never a huge fan of hers but this DVD is great. Also, her 12 Minute Daily Dozen. One of my most effective DVD's is Tae Bo's Cardio Circuit 1. It's exactly 30 minutes long.
