Im a healthy weight but would like to loose 5lb to be at a more comfortable place for myself. I exercise plenty, and I eat very healthy, but I eat A LOT!! My plan is to continue with my daily exercise-mix it up a bit with some weight training, and measure and watch portions. I also plan to eliminate alcohol for a few weeks, I think that nightly glass of red wine might be doing me in ;) Anyone want to join me?
I love your "My gift to myself". That's how I'm thinking this year.
I have lost a lot of weight this year--109 lbs ;) and I'm still plugging away. I was thinking of a few things I'd like to have for Christmas treats and I'm sure I will but I'm so happy that I've finally realized that it's just food.
It's no big deal if I dont' eat it.
