I'm trying to gain some weight or at least not lose any more . I'm 5'10 and down to a size zero and want to not get any smaller . I'm nursing a 7 month old and do a easy work out three days plus we are a walking busing family . I don't want to get any smaller has I'm TTC or planing the first cycle in February Ive added in a smoothly with coconut milk avocado and flax oil . has well has trying to add more olives and nuts in . I'm ceailc so not wheat and allergic to milk
Carbohydrates provide energy for your body to burn up... instead of its own fat. I would try adding an extra serving up carbs at each meal. A double serving of rice, quinoa, wheat-free breads, etc.
I might also track the food you eat on a normal day and make sure the calories you are taking in are sufficient to support yourself, breastfeeding + pregnancy.
