hi - i've just read the weight loss recs from 4 hour body and am wondering what others think of the idea. basically it's a no carb, high protein, no dairy for 6 days a week, then recommended 1 day per week cheat day - where this high calorie day is basically designed to stop the metabolism from slowing due to lower calorie diet. is this really scientifically plausible? curious about people's opinions and experiences . . . .
