Well I am doing pretty good, not great but good. I have been sticking to doing my weights 3 nights a week but have been really lazy about my treadmill time. We have been active as in cleaning, playing outside and I am just plain tired from waking up at 4:30am for work. I am going to weigh in tomorrow morning though and make sure the scale is not moving up.

So - I am laid up for a while. My chiro said I need to take some serious time off from anything strenuous. Major bummer.
Oh my goodness! Are you okay? You poor thing. Huge hugs and listen to your chiro and rest. If you can just make sure you are eating the right amount of calories for your activity level so you do not gain.
