I'm in!!  Late to the party but I'm here.   I need to get in 1500, but I haven't gotten that many minutes in probably close to a year.  Don't know what is going on with me.....

Finally got back into the swing of things today. I've noticed a pattern here....every month I end up taking many days in a row as a break. I guess I'll keep with it, though, as it seems to be working!

4/15 -  exhausting day in the garden.  worked from 9 am until 5:30 pm almost nonstop....  i'm counting the time i used running the tiller 180 minutes

4/16 -  60 minutes running 10k with ds....includes warm up and cool down

4/18 -  35 minute easy jog with the boys
