I need to get in shape. I've done a couple of classes of NIA in the past and Zumba looks really interesting. Does anyone have DVDs of either of these programs? Are they interesting and easy to follow? I'm not very coordinated.
I'm also wondering if the NIA DVDs are very new-age...I have one of the books and it's rather weird with some of the things they talk about. I am NOT into new age stuff and I don't think I'd like the DVDs if they are like that.
