You guys did great in May! I saw a ton of you hitting your goal. Good luck in June!
I totally didn't hit my goal. Good excuse, I was laid out with bronchitis that turned into a brutal feverish sinus infection. But this month I'm bound and determined. A lot of my minutes last month wound up being walking (I live urban and walk to actually get places a lot), which is great movement, but I want to balance that with more rigorous working out. So I'm tracking both. I also want to incorporate more weight/strength training -- I feel like I'm too heavy on cardio and pilates now.
June 1 -- 45 minutes walking, 45 minutes weight training and abs
6/7 - 90 minutes walking a possible course for the 5K I'm directing
6/8 - 30 minutes running the course 3.12!!! pretty good
6/9 - 80 minutes weeding and digging - i know my heart wasn't up - but with the way I sweated and how tired my legs were from squatting - I had to count it.

6/10 - 60 minute run
6/13 - 30 minute run
6/14 - 60 minute walk
6/15 - 170 minutes total - 110 minute run - and then garden digging/weeding
This is an estimation as I wasn't counting, but I'm at around 560/1200 right now. Mostly walking and yoga, plus a few bodyweight sessions and a sprinting session.
So as of 6/18--- (I didn't really do anything the first week at all. Last days of school for the kids led to crazymaking. )

6/18 no formal exercise. Big kids had a day at home (they are at their fathers house for a month this summer) so we played in the pool for hours. I played way more than usual, as we all missed each other, and I was SORE after. I am claiming 30 minutes dragging-8-year-old-through-water activity.
6/19 75 minutes. 4.5 mile walk
6/20 boy howdy. 15 minutes yoga in the a.m. 80 minute yoga class. 40 min, 2 mile walk to and from store for dinner goods with son riding his bike independently! 135
6/20 800/1200
I'm starting yoga teacher training soon. I won't be doing much at first except for taking regular classes and reading my required stuff, as the school is in a bit of a break between busy times. But I'm getting started at least! woo hoo!
