BB, I second all the advice here. It really seems like too few calories for your activity level. I know it feels odd to eat more to lose weight, but it works! I hope you tried lots of wonderful stuff at the food bazaar!

Rae, I've also been doing the 30 Day Shred, but I only do it every other day. It was NOT a pretty sight the first time I did it! It gets much easier very fast, so that after 7 workouts, I can easily keep up with Level 1. But I'm terrified to go to Level 2!
AFM, I weighed in this morning at 129.6!! The first time I've been in the 120's (just barely) in years! Something seemed to click this week with the weight loss...I just wish I knew what it was!

I had a bad stretch during the week (V-Day involved 3 days of sugary things and poor food choices). But, it sort of felt like I needed a break from being so hard core and then I made up for it with some intense workouts and it still worked out to another 2 pound loss for the week. Thrilled with that.
January 2011: 256

(began this challenge at a time when I had 2-3 weeks of not dropping any weight and was frustrated)

Total lost during challenge: 14 pounds!
First goal: 206 by March 1st
Second Goal: stay under 200 for 2 weeks (my dh and I made a plan for me to go clothing shopping when this happens!)
Third Goal: 185 by Mid-May
My goal for 206 by March 1st might be tough since that is 5 pounds in the next 9 days and I have been doing more like 2 pounds in 7 days. We will see. Feeling really good overall.

Wow, are we really halfway in already? We should all be really proud of ourselves for sticking with it!
I weighed in at 170.6 this morning, down 3 lbs. 6.6 more lbs and my BMI will officially be out of the overweight range, although I will still have way more fat than is healthy. I am doing the Slim in 6 program from Beachbody and I took my "before" pics and measurements when I started a few days ago. It was not pretty!

117.2 this morning so only .2 loss. I started spotting this morning so maybe it's hormones this time. It hasn't been that long since my last AF, but I've been working on night weaning my ds, so maybe it's resetting my cycle. My rings are tight too so probably retaining water also. I'll just step up on drinking water this week and hope I see a bigger drop next week.
In the beginning of the week I had lost another 4lbs and was down to 192.5! But then AF hit and sadly I gained it all back. This morning the scale read 196.7lbs. I'm pretty sure that's what I weighed last week. Hoping for better results next week.

I measured my hips and waist a couple of weeks ago and just measured them again today. I lost 1 1/2 inches off my hips and 2 1/2 inches off my waist.
Thanks! It was encouraging for me to see, since I'm losing weight so slowly, and this morning only saw a .2 loss.
That's great Amandamarie. I was just thinking this morning about people who take photos to measure their weight loss too. I kinda wish I had have done that.
Sorry for the late post ladies. I am at 199.4 as of yesterday - a slight change from last week, but I will take any change at this point. Here is to hoping this is the start of moving forward! So tired of the scale not moving!!!!!

My formal exercise for this week: an hour long Yoga class on Monday (really enjoyed), 45 minutes of cardio on Tuesday, (rest on Wednesday) and 20 minutes cardio and 20 minutes of strength training today. I'm debating about whether to take tomorrow off from the gym. My 13 month old has been doing pretty good but he was a bit sniffy when I picked him up. One of the workers just loves him and said he was playing then when he saw her he started towards her and was crying a bit. I'm thinking if I encourage an early morning nap then maybe gym time could be between naps....
Hahahha!! I would like to see the pie chart like that.
Speaking of which, I am late with the pie once again. I shall be back :)
Had a slightly crazy work week, very little sleep, and then got my period today. Scale shows about a 1-2lbs loss so far for this week, which is amazing. I have been able to get some great work outs in but things have felt hectic. Hoping my period does not throw me off too much. Skipped having serious cravings (which was nice since I went crazy last week).
181.3 today!! 2.7 pounds down. Not bad considering I was at a music festival ALL DAY Saturday, and the meal options weren't super healthy.
Okay, now for the walk of shame... No pie last week! I'm bad, I know, I'm sorry. I will do it tonight without fail, I promise
