I've been reading through the old witchy weight loss threads, and I'd love to get something like that current going. Anyone interested?
Who Am I?
I'm K, a SAHP to 2 kids young kids. I am a believer in Health at Any Size, but I also have a partner who told me he'd prefer it if I lost a little weight, and for the sake of my relationship, I will try.
Right now, I'm 153lbs. I was 115lbs before I started having kids. At 135lbs, I'd no longer be considered overweight, so for the time being I think my goal is 135lbs.
How Am I Going to Get There?
Well, I'm kind of new to thinking about losing weight. I think I plan to commit to doing yoga for a half an hour every day, and eating at least one serving of greens each day. Baby steps!
