I was BBQing. The long weekend was one big BBQ crawl. Mmmmm, grilled pineapple.

5/1 - 40 minutes walking; 15 minutes Bikini Body Workout (It's a 30 minute sculpt session, but my young Miss woke up and would not accept anything other than my undivided attention!)
5/2 - 60 minutes walking
5/3 - 60 minutes walking
5/4 - 45 minutes power yoga
5/7 - 30 minutes walking
5/8 - 60 minutes walking (2 30-minute sessions)
5/9 - 50 minutes walking; 50 minutes gentle yoga
5/10 - 50 minutes walking
5/11 - 70 minutes walking
5/13 - 60 minutes walking
5/14 - 45 minutes walking
05/15 - 5 minutes warm-up on the elliptical; 25 minutes free weights and body-weight exercises. Yay, squats!
05/16 - 80 minutes walking... it felt good to move my thighs after those squats!
5/18 - 70 minutes walking
05/21 - 45 minutes walking
5/22 - 60 minutes walking; 20 minutes glutes and abs
5/23 - 75 minutes walking (two walks); 5 minutes elliptical warm-up followed by 30 minutes of squats, push-ups, etc.
5/24 - 30 minutes gentle yoga (ahhhhhhhh...)
5/28 - 45 minutes walking
5/30 - 70 minutes walking (two walks); 30 minutes squats, lunges, etc. ... No warm-up needed since I FINALLY got Little Miss to fall asleep at the end of the walk and could just seque right into body-weight work when we got home. Woohoo!!

Hahahahaha! Same goal next month - 800 minutes! I'm going to keept setting that goal until I reach it, by golly!

damselfly41 - speaking of Texas getting steamy, our "cool" day this week will have a high of 90F. My morning walks keep getting earlier and earlier, and oh MY do I crank the AC and the fan when I'm working on getting my *ss to the gr*ss with the squats.
