So I am trying desperately to maintain a fitness regimen despite the many obstacles that my 4 month old, 2 year old, and 6 year old present. I really want to have fun and make exercise part of our family lifestyle and since I can neither run with the stroller without hurting my back/kness or keep up with my oldest on his bike skates seemed like a great alternative. Anyone have experience/suggestions?
