I have tried several times to do this and even though I feel better doing this and lose weight I cant seem to stick with it and go back to my old ways. I am wondering if there are some good books out there to help me on this path to feeling better, looking better and losing the much needed 50lbs.
I am. Last week was a rough week for me - felt awful - dragging, tired, irritable, depressed. The week before I was away & it was very heavy carb/wheat meals. I think what it says about withdrawal is right on.
