I briefly looked at Weight Watchers a long while ago, but haven't looked at anything since then. Any input on good services?

WW or any online program is good but if you are motivated enough, just commit yourself or start a group with a few friends...maybe meet 2 times a week to walk or work out?
I like to eat as healthy as I can 80% -85% of the time and allow for small indulgences here and there- a few times a week. I also exercise daily if only for 15 minutes.
That MyFitnessPal app is great!
and there are some very good free apps I have on my kindle for short 5, 7 or 10 minute workouts.
Another supporter of MyFitnessPal! I've lost 61 pounds (so far ;-)) using it. It has everything! I eat a lot of ethnic foods, and I've found them in their database.
