Here we go again!   Let's do it!!!

 

 

2/1  -  105 minutes total including stretching and cool down - 90 minutes solid trail running

2/2  -  30 minute walking

2/3  -  110 minutes total.   90 minutes solid running almost 11 miles. Gotta be able to eat wings and drink beer tonight!

Hopefully I will do a little better this month, but anything is better than nothing I guess. I am going to set my goal a little lower and see where it takes me.

Tuesday started the training plan for my 1/2 marathon at the end of April.  My goal this month is lower because I wasn't meeting my previous goal.  I also have a goal  to do 30 Day Shred at least 2x each week. Running is doing great things for my endurance but I'm not losing weight or looking much more toned.

2/1  -  105 minutes total including stretching and cool down - 90 minutes solid trail running

2/2  -  30 minute walking

2/3  -  110 minutes total.   90 minutes solid running almost 11 miles. Gotta be able to eat wings and drink beer tonight!

2/4  -  90 minutes at the gym - weights and a little cardio

2/5  -  20 minute yoga

2/6  -  110 minutes total - 50 minutes weights 45 minutes cardio and stretching the rest

2/7  -  40 minute easy recovery jog

2/8  -  nothing!

2/9  -  35 minutes on the stairs at the gym

2/10 -  took the day off!

2/11 -  65 minutes at the gym/weights and 40 minutes cardio

2/12 -  60 minute run

2/13 - 30 minutes weights
2/14 - 30 minute run

2/15 - 35 min jog in the mountains

2/16 - 105 minutes at the gym.   cardio on the stairs and elliptical (90) and weights

2/20 - 60 minutes in the gym

2/21 - 60 minute run
